Being a leader of improved health outcomes means focusing on our seniors. The Geriatric Outreach Team at Southlake specializes in the care of seniors living in the community. Our healthcare team works together to promote independence and vitality for seniors through assessment, consultation, collaboration and support. The goal is to optimize the health and wellness of frail seniors living in the community.
Managing your chronic illness will directly benefit from strengthening our work with patients and families. The Health Coach Team at Southlake will partner with you and your family to explore your own personal experiences to help you self-manage your illness and promote future health and wellness.
At Southlake we hope that every baby born in our hospital is healthy and happy. For those needing a higher level of care, we offer exceptional neonatal care for both babies and their families. Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Regional Level 2C nursery has the medical expertise, technology and modern equipment to provide the level of support these babies and their families require.
T.he Orthopedic Program’s dedicated team of healthcare professionals specialize in treating people for bone or joint injuries or illnesses that result from an accident, degenerative condition, or from having received corrective surgery.
We understand having your child in care can be stressful. This is why we concentrate on the little things to make your baby, child or teen’s stay at Southlake less distressing. We treat a wide range of disease and illness in our Paediatric Program. Feel free to ask questions or voice concerns to any of the nurses or physicians you interact with while being treated.
